AI/ML Engineer
Build production AI features — LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, ML models. Work on-site with founders at Kwiqwork's engineering studio in Gandhinagar.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI features for production applications
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into web and mobile products
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search systems
- Collaborate with product engineers to embed AI capabilities seamlessly into client products
- Stay current with AI/ML research and evaluate new tools, models, and frameworks
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost at production scale
- Contribute to Kwiqwork's internal AI-assisted development framework (ADLC)
What You Bring
- 2+ years hands-on experience in ML/AI development
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP) for model deployment
- Understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD, testing)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Bonus Points
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
Contributions to open-source AI projects
Background in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
Familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js
