Sales Representative

Drive B2B tech sales for Kwiqwork. Prospect, qualify, and close agency and SaaS clients globally. On-site role in Gandhinagar with direct founder access.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential agency and SaaS clients across US, EU, and APAC markets
  • Write personalized outreach messages (email, LinkedIn) to prospective clients
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls
  • Build and maintain pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting
  • Negotiate and close deals ranging from $3K–$50K+ MRR
  • Collaborate directly with founders on pricing, proposals, and strategy
  • Attend industry events and build relationships in the tech community

What You Bring

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (IT services, SaaS, or tech preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Bonus Points

Experience selling software development services or staff augmentation

Network of agency or SaaS contacts

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Understanding of software development lifecycle
