First In, Architecture Council
Kwiqwork was brought in before the Big 4 firms were engaged. We built the proof-of-concept application, presented it to the ministry, and the budget was approved. Full-scale development began — with Kwiqwork on the technical architecture council alongside EY, KPMG, Deloitte, and PwC.

Participated in ministry-level vision discussions. Defined milestone roadmap alongside IAS officers and government stakeholders.
POC & Funding
